365 Day Comfort Policy

365-DAY COMFORT AND SIZE CHANGE POLICY

While the majority of our customers are happy with their new mattress, box spring, or set, we offer our Comfort and Size Change Policy if you have an issue related to the comfort, size, or height (standard or low-profile box springs) of the product. Within one year after receiving your new mattress, box spring, set, or adjustable base, this policy allows you to make a one-time reselection of a new model from our current stock for a fee of 25% of whichever piece is less expensive. Retail price difference and delivery/pick-up fees may apply. The originally purchased product must be tendered to us (for disposal or donation) or donated to a legitimate charitable organization. Proof of donation may be required. We recommend giving your body at least 30 days to get used to your new mattress before participating in our Comfort and Size Change Policy.


Accessory Refunds

ACCESSORY REFUNDS

You can receive a full refund on all accessories (frames, headboards, pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, etc.) within 30 days of delivery with proof of donation. We require that you donate the item in order to receive the refund because we don’t bring items that have been out of our control back into our factory or retail environment to be resold. We believe these items can benefit our local communities. Please contact us at [email protected] or call your nearest OMF factory for a list of approved charitable organizations.


Warranty

WARRANTY

We proudly stand behind the products we manufacture and offer a warranty on all of these items. Any true material defects or errors in workmanship are covered, and we will take care of them for you. Please see our warranty policy guide for details on what is covered. Delivery/pick-up fees may apply.

WHY WE DON’T ACCEPT RETURNS

Once a product has been out of our control, we don’t allow it back into our retail or manufacturing environment for the protection of all of our customers and our inventory. While some mattress retailers resell used mattresses or increase the price of their mattresses to cover the cost of returns, The Original Mattress Factory believes it is not in the best interests of our customers to do so.

We want all of our customers to rest assured knowing that when they purchase a product from The Original Mattress Factory, it is brand new and has never been used by anyone else.
