The Original Mattress Factory is an established American manufacturer and retailer of mattresses and box springs. We have factory and retail locations in Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Orlando, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, Richmond, Tampa Bay, Twin Cities, and Virginia Beach.

We have a reputation of quality products, outstanding value and excellent service. We build a high-quality product — in our own factory — and deliver directly to the customer. We hand build our mattresses with attention to detail and high quality standards. Sales associate:
We focus on an educational, no-pressure sales approach. The individuals must have a positive attitude and good communication and clerical skills. A typical work week averages 40-45 hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays. Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Manufacturing:
Our manufacturing employees must have a positive attitude and take great pride in producing quality products. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Delivery driver:
We offer full-service delivery with in-home set up. Our delivery employees must have a positive attitude and good communication skills. Delivery experience is preferred but not required.

  • Required to pass a DOT physical
  • Capable of lifting 75 pounds
  • At least 21 years of age or older
